Annai Kalaikoodam is the cultural and fine arts wing of the Annai Rathinam Educational, Cultural Academy & Charitable Trust (Registered), Puducherry. Since its revival in 2023, Annai Kalaikoodam has actively worked with students, educators, artists, and cultural enthusiasts to promote the appreciation of Tamil heritage, Indian culture, and the fine arts. Through competitions, awareness programmes, cultural initiatives, and community-driven events, the organization strives to create meaningful opportunities for learning, creativity, and personal growth.
Over the years, Annai Kalaikoodam has successfully organized and supported various drawing competitions, cultural programmes, and educational initiatives across Puducherry. These activities have encouraged young talent while promoting values such as patriotism, social harmony, cultural awareness, and civic responsibility. The organization has also commemorated the contributions of national leaders including Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, and Dr. B.R. ARTVERSE
ARTVERSE is Annai Kalaikoodam's flagship youth arts initiative and Puducherry's first-of-its-kind two-day art competition. Designed to celebrate creativity, cultural identity, and future possibilities, ARTVERSE provides a platform for students and young artists to showcase their talent while exploring the stories, culture, people, and aspirations of Puducherry through art.
Guided by the message "One City. Countless Stories. Infinite Possibilities.", ARTVERSE encourages participants to celebrate the city's identity, imagine its future, and contribute to a collective artistic expression of Puducherry.
